I think one of the bigger struggles I’ve had throughout this pronunciation journey is the concept of clearly dividing out aspects of Standard American English and the transatlantic variant. Again, it is hard to distinguish some of these that could be considered minimal pairs, so I tried to learn more about some subtle differences that have been recorded in this language variant.
